Step 3:

1. An update on the state of the world. See my personal blog, especially the 'Pages' section for my background on this. I spent half of 2010 and all of 2011 researching full-time and coming to understand what is really going on in this wonderful and crazy world. This update  includes a summary of what I receive in the investment newsletters I subscribe to (for which I pay several hundred dollars a year). 2. A tidbit about preparation.
